1, air spray

2, airless spraying

Introduction: paint is pressurized, and then spray, pressure is 180-280bars (Slunit kg/m2)

Advantages: can quickly spraying large workpiece; not easy to dry spray; spray gun can spray high viscosity coating; concise, only one line (non static)

Disadvantages: the fluid pressure is very high (500-4500psi); nozzle size at 0.07-0.021 inches, small diameter nozzle is beneficial to the atomization; the pressure makes the nozzle workpiece Cui Kai will be small, so the spray gun to spray is only applicable to large workpiece; high pressure also pose a danger to cleaning; due to the increased amount of the paint, the workpiece system orange peel, sagging, small space inside the paint is not easy rebound makes spraying complex.

Workpiece: typical air pressure is 800-2000psi.
 

3, brush

Advantages: simple tools, paint saving; the best tool for pre coated, from the size of the site, basic shape size restrictions; coating permeability is better than other coating method; high conversion rate.

Disadvantages: low efficiency; film appearance quality is a bit poor, may brush marks exist; strong volatile, fast drying

The paint should not brush speed of coating.

Construction scope: used to repair and pre coated; need to dilute, uneven coating equipment coating thickness; advantage (gun) is difficult to coating parts; in which is use round brush.
 

4, roll coating

Advantages: simple tools, paint saving; can be painting on some dead spraying; high conversion rate.

Disadvantages: not suitable for the first primer; wettability to substrate difference; corner is the corner roll coating; volatile strong brush, paint should not be quick drying coating; easy to make the mixed air film, a film thickness lower.

Roller: using less popular, but should pay attention to the first coat cannot use roller coating.
