CM3080 cart conveyor is adopts open type track,which is convenient to cleaning. The conveyor chain is made from forging alloy steel. The structure of this conveyor line is simple. So it is easy to operate and convenient for maintenance.
 

CM3080 is integrated the driver unit and take-up device to make it smaller and the install location is flexible. This conveyor line is suitable to install in multi-floor plant.
 

CM3080 is using Human-machine interface control system to integrate all control and manufacturing information from the painting line, including the running status of conveyor, operating conditions of spray booth, temperature of the oven, operating condition of agitating air blower, production quantity and fault zone; all such information can be obtained from the touch screen. 
 

Besides, it even provides information such as cause of stop of machine, stop area (spraying booth) and stop time to provide basic for production improvement.
