CM8270 Finishing Line Cart Conveyor
 

CM8270 cart conveyor is a new generation painting technology that was developed by us. Conveyor chain and track have been given an official and approved by State intellectual Property of the People’s Republic of China. The conveyor adopts heavy-duty bearing rolling to reduce friction between chains and tracks and alleviate load of the drive conveyor. Therefore, usage life of conveyor chains can be extended. Conveyor track has two layers. At lower level, conveyor chain moves forward, and higher level is designed for the passage of carts. It also has special design to prevent miscellaneous articles from falling into tracks.
 

By separating the drive system and chain tension device, CM8270 can make quick adjustment to cater for the change of chain tension, assuring a smoother running conveyor and cart.
 

CM8270 adopts Man Machine interface control system to integrate all control and manufacturing information from the painting line, including running status of conveyor and spray booth, temperature of the oven, working condition of agitating air blower, production quantity and break down points; all such information can be obtained from the touch screen.   
 

Besides, it even provides information such as cause of stop of machine, stop point (spraying booth) and stop time to provide basis for production improvement. Considered program design, operated in coordination with superior Mitsubishi PLC programmable controller to stabilize the system, decreased machine failures and made the maintenance fairly easy. Because of it’s programmable characteristic, it’s software can be upgraded in the future and can always be maintained tomeet its best state.
