When painting, outside air through the primary filter net after filtering by the fan to the roof, and then through the top filter after purification filter into the room. With the speed of 0.2-0.3m/s flowing so that the paint mist particles can’t remained in the air downward , after painting , and directly is discharged outside the room through the bottom outlet. This constant cycle transformation, causes the painting when the room air cleanliness reached above 98%, and into the air with a certain pressure, in the room is formed around a constant flow of air to remove excess paint, so as to maximize the paint quality.
 

Cleanliness is an important index to measure the quality of spraying baking room, this index is composed of air purification system to ensure. Clean painting room is based on a closed real body and plus a set of air purification system.
