CMTE1600 Thermal Energy System
In the painting process on furniture products, it requires many times paintings according to different application requirements to achieve high quality and vivid painting effect. Between each painting, there are polishing, sand rubbing, dry brushing and cloth painting process. These processes need to wait until painting dry out to have certain surface strength. After the introduction of automatic production line into furniture painting, the long waiting time of natural air-dry become unreasonable to the high efficiency automatic production line. So the forced dry provided by artificial heat source dramatically shorten the waiting time and guarantee the high efficiency of automatic production line.
Heat Exchanger can be divided two groups is centralized and independent types. Centralized heat exchanger is one bigger heat exchanger circulating and heating the air inside the oven. The circulation of hot air depends on single or few numbers of heat exchangers to make the disproportionate distribution of thermal energy. Besides, large-sized heat exchanger is a sealed product, so paint dusts cumulate on the sink plate, making it very difficult to clean.
Independent heat exchanger is designed by our company, according to our experiences in this field for many years. Using multiple heat exchangers on the oven roof to give more thermal exchange points inside the oven. The thermal exchange effect is better and thermal distributes equally. Paint dusts accumulation is also easy to observe and clean.
Thermal Energy Control Thermal energy is controlled byconstant temperature PT temperature controller or PLCtemperature control module. It has features like longlifetime, easy operation and good control effect.
